CLINICAL SUPERVISION & CONSULTATIONS
Grow as a clinician. Stay connected to your purpose.
Faith-based clinical supervision for LMSWs pursuing LCSW licensure, and focused consultation for licensed mental health professionals. Bring your questions, reflect on your practice, and develop with support from Latoya C. Watson, LCSW-S.
Two ways to connect
Clinical supervision
Faith-based supervision for LMSWs pursuing LCSW licensure, grounded in clinical growth and biblical principles. Explore case reflection, ethics, clinical skills, and professional development.
I’m licensed to provide supervision in Connecticut, Georgia, and Texas. Requests from other states are welcome; eligibility and any required approvals must be confirmed before supervision begins.
Share your state and licensure goals so we can discuss eligibility, format, and current availability.
Clinical & private practice consultation
I’ve been in private practice for almost two decades, and I especially enjoy providing consultation for clinicians who are new to private practice or exploring their next career chapter.
Topics we can explore:
- Working through imposter syndrome and building professional confidence.
- Increasing your rates and thinking through how to communicate changes.
- Career mobility, professional growth, and career transitions.
- Exploring non-traditional social work roles.
Virtual consultations: One-hour sessions are available. In-person consultations are not currently offered.
Share your goals so we can discuss fit and the support you need.
Know what to expect before you commit.
1. Share what you need. Let me know your credentials, location, and whether you’re seeking licensure supervision or consultation.
2. Discuss the fit. We’ll review your goals, availability, and the support you need. Consultation is virtual.
3. Choose your next step. If we’re a good fit, we’ll agree on the focus and arrangements for working together.
Licensure supervision and consultation serve different purposes. If you need supervision hours, share your state and licensure goals so we can confirm eligibility. My supervision approach is faith-based and grounded in biblical principles.
Please keep your initial inquiry general and leave out client names or identifying details.
Let’s talk about your next stage of practice.
Start with an introductory call to discuss fit, or email your state, credentials, and professional goals. One-hour consultations are arranged separately.
